About the event

STRENGTHENING STUDENT-TO-STUDENT DISCUSSIONS

Objectives: Participants will learn effective practices to 1) strengthen student-to-student discussions in all content areas, 2) facilitate acquisition of the academic language students need to engage in discussion, 3) foster metacognition to help students become strategic learners, and 4) monitor and guide discussion activities.
