Supporting Teacher Professional Growth

In partnership with REEd at UC Davis and CDE, Robla School District is implementing a district-wide professional growth system that includes a formalized teacher review process. The key deliverables from this partnership will be shared as a state-wide model for continuous improvement and local accountability in California’s schools. These include: (1) district wide professional learning modules developed around the SOAR Teaching Frames; (2) a set of teacher professional growth measures; (3) an online platform to support aggregating professional growth data at the teacher, school-site, and district level to inform continuous improvement.
